Self initiated project where we had to contact a fashion house we aspire to work for and get acceptance from the designer or house to design a collection for the brand. After 3 months of negotiating i secured the acceptance, and designed a collection with inspiration from the artist Francis Bacon, the collection was big and bold in volume with a splash of sensitivity and femininity with the delicate evening dresses. The idea that Francis Bacons work is intimidating and terrifying but beautiful at the same captivated my imagination and i wanted to transfer this idea into clothing.
